Sealing is certainly necessary, but what exactly is a waterproof structure? ”
It’s nothing more than a structure to prevent rainwater from entering on rainy days, some kind of movable cover.
The large flange manhole of buried storage tanks already has a cover; why are the access holes and oil level measurement holes mentioned separately?
