For the existing Class A storage tank loading/unloading areas and acid/base storage tank loading/unloading areas, relevant departments require that dikes be constructed around these areas. Are there any specific standards or practices regarding this? If vehicles are taken into account, what about their entry and exit?
Dikes can be used, or trenches can also be installed; in the case of dikes, a gradual slope is required, as seen in the design of speed bumps
Are there any requirements regarding entrances and exits in the loading and unloading area?
Refer to Clause 7.4.9 of \"HGT 21608-2012 Technical Requirements for Liquid Loading and Unloading Arms\\": when loading and unloading toxic liquid media, the ground should be paved with leak-proof building materials. The loading and unloading area should be equipped with barriers, collection pits, valve chambers, and other facilities to separate clean water from wastewater.
