The methanol market in Shanxi region remained stable with only slight fluctuations, with prices hovering between 1,950 and 2,050 yuan per ton. Jincheng’s price remains stable around 2,000–2,030 yuan per ton, with prices for high-end products being generally similar ； The price of high-end products in Linfen has dropped by 20 yuan, to around 1,950–1,980 yuan per ton; the market is dominated by mid- and low-end products ； The price in Yuncheng remains stable at 2,010 yuan per ton ； The retail price in Changzhi is 2,050 yuan per ton. Methanol producers in northern Shandong are facing poor sales, with the ex-factory prices in central and eastern Shandong dropping by 40-50 yuan to around 2100-2200 yuan per ton ； Traders in nearby areas such as Dongying and Zibo are quoting prices around 2,030–2,070 yuan per ton, with prices adjusting according to market conditions. The methanol market in Anhui region is weakening; companies are offering fewer quotes, and there is a strong atmosphere of caution in the market. The main selling price offered by some companies is around 2230–2240 yuan per ton on an acceptance basis. The methanol market in Henan remains stable, with some companies negotiating prices around 2100–2130 yuan per ton. It is also reported that traders in Luoyang are quoting prices around 2,080–2,100 yuan per ton. The methanol market in the Two Lakes region remains stable; in Hubei, the prevailing negotiation price is 2,300–2,350 yuan per ton, which represents the ex-plant prices of major manufacturers at the lower end, while some traders in Wuhan offer prices at the higher end ； In the Hunan region, some negotiation prices are around 2,460–2,500 yuan per ton, with most of these quotes coming from traders in Changsha.
