You first request the design institute or patent holder to provide a set of principle startup manuals
What is the difference between 1 million tons and 720,000 tons?
The difference isn’t significant; it mainly depends on the process package
This thing has copyright issues; no one would say anything in private conversations, but I really admire someone who is so bold as to cook in such a way
Operating procedures are generally specific to particular devices; different tag numbers can result in different processes, and I don’t think this would violate the patent holder’s rights
