Problems with initial commissioning and purging of the low-temperature methanol washing system

The facility I work at is currently in the final stages of construction, and I’ve encountered a problem while preparing the operating procedures. In our low-temperature methanol washing system, the main washing liquid used in the absorption tower is semi-poor methanol, while the refining liquid is poor methanol. Both liquid streams are equipped with check valves before entering the tower. I would like to ask fellow experts: since the starting points of these two pipelines are the pumps for poor methanol and semi-poor methanol, are there any other solutions aside from adding bypass lines to the check valves for the initial startup and purging process?
