This will lead to excessive levels of methanol sulfur and ammonia in subsequent stages, and in severe cases it will affect the efficiency of desulfurization and decarburization.
It is also necessary to consider the gas generation process in the previous stage; if it is the Ruhr fixed-bed pressurized gasification process, this unit must be put into operation. In our coal powder pressurized gasification process, such a unit is not used. Once it is put into use, it affects the load on the thermal regeneration tower, which in turn results in poor regeneration of pure methanol and impacts the quality of the purified gas.
