The Phragmites green zero-carbon circular economy industrial park developed by Tianjin Ruihengmao Technology Development Group Co., Ltd. serves as the core platform for implementing the concept of a green zero-carbon circular economy, and it is also a key project aimed at achieving carbon neutrality in the region as well as promoting industrial upgrading. The industrial park is planned to be located in the Dagang Petrochemical Industrial Park in Binhai New Area, Tianjin. With a total investment of 9.5 billion yuan, its construction will proceed in four phases, with the goal of completing it entirely within 5 years. Once completed, it will become the largest phragmites industry chain base in the country as well as the first zero-carbon park for phragmites-based biochemicals. Phase 1 focuses on a 100,000 tons per year bamboo alcohol integrated project, utilizing world-leading biomass gasification technology. With its core advantages of high conversion efficiency, high resource recycling rate, high level of industrial integration, and optimal overall costs – the \"three highs and one optimization\" – it sets a benchmark for the green development of the hydrogen-based industry ; Phase 2: A 100,000-ton/year edible protein project to expand the use of biomass in the food industry ; Phase 3 construction of a 50,000 tons/year taurine project to extend the bio-based chemicals industry chain ; Advance the phase-four project for 100,000 tons per year of green aviation fuel (SAF) to support the green transformation in the aviation sector.
