On September 30, the physical construction of the 110kV substation and plant external wiring project was completed. On November 3, the physical construction of the air compressor station for the nitrogen production air separation unit was completed. On November 30, the construction projects for the tank farm, the plant-wide comprehensive warehouse, and the gas elimination and prevention center were completed. On December 22, the regional substation was handed over. On December 26, the polypropylene unit and the coal unloading and storage unit were physically handed over. On December 28, the physical construction of the polyethylene plant was completed. On December 29, the physical facility for the methanol-to-olefins complex was handed over.
