Requirements for Mechanical Engineers:
Requirements for rotating equipment engineers:
Educational background: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in rotating equipment engineering in refineries or petrochemical plants; experience in design is an advantage.
Knowledge of Shell DEP or CSPC standards is preferred, but not mandatory.
Language proficiency: Ability to use English as the working language.
PC skills: Proficiency in using computers.
Passing the CSPC discipline interview is required.
Good communication skills are necessary.

Requirements for Electrical Engineers:
Requirements for instrument engineers:
Educational background: University degree in instrumentation and automation or equivalent.
Work experience: At least 15 years of experience in instrumentation engineering and maintenance in petrochemical plants; experience in plant SU is an advantage.
Knowledge of Chinese instrument standards is preferred.
Language proficiency: Ability to use English as the working language.
PC skills: Proficiency in using computers.
Passing the CSPC instrument discipline interview is required.
Good communication skills are necessary.
