As long as you understand, it’s fine as long as it’s not too low. Something that can handle 100° definitely cannot handle 135°.
T4 can be used for T3, and T5 can be used for T4. The temperature values refer to the maximum surface temperature allowed by the device; it should be as high as possible, not lower. In other words, a value with a higher number after T can be used with one with a lower number, but the reverse is not possible.
