Can steel pipes or round bars be buried underground? Then connect the motor to it using a grounding wire
If there is no grounding main network in the plant area, multiple steel pipes or angle irons can be driven into the ground at the equipment location; then grounding flat bars can be used to weld these pipes together and bring them above ground level, where they can be connected to the equipment
Sure. However, the burial depth must be considered; it cannot be too shallow.

Angle steel can be driven into the ground as a substitute for a grounding grid. I remember doing something like this many years ago; it was done according to the design drawings. I can’t recall the depth – it seems it had to be at least one meter deep
