The contents of the handover tests for electrical secondary circuits have been compiled by Changhui Instruments in accordance with the \"GB 50150-2016 Standards for Handover Tests of Electrical Equipment in Electrical Installation Projects\", to serve as a reference for electrical construction workers. The contents of the handover tests for electrical secondary circuits are as follows: 1. Measure insulation resistance ; 2. AC withstand voltage test. Commissioning tests for electrical secondary circuits: yunrun.com.cn/tech/1583.html. Regulations for measuring insulation resistance in electrical secondary circuits: When measuring insulation resistance, the following regulations must be followed: 1. In accordance with Article 3.0.9 of standard GB 50150-2016, a megohmmeter should be selected based on the voltage level ; 2. The busbar should not be less than 10 MΩ when all other parallel branches are disconnected ; 3. The resistance of each branch in the secondary circuit, as well as those of the power supply circuits for the operating mechanisms of circuit breakers and isolators, should all be no less than 1 MΩ. In relatively humid areas, it must not be less than 0.5 MΩ. Provisions for AC withstanding voltage tests on electrical secondary circuits: The AC withstanding voltage test shall comply with the following provisions: 1. The test voltage shall be 1000 V. When the insulation resistance of the circuit is above 10 MΩ, a 2500 V megohmmeter can be used as a substitute; the test duration should be 1 minute, and it must also comply with the specifications stated in the product’s technical documentation ; 2. AC withstanding voltage tests are not required for circuits with voltage levels of 48V and below ; 3. If there are electronic components in the circuit, the connectors should be removed or their ends short-circuited during testing.
