Due to recent maintenance work on the local power grid, power supply fluctuations occur frequently. We experienced a full-system power outage shutdown once every few days, and two large units shut down automatically due to voltage fluctuations exceeding the limits. Although the power supply company notified in advance about grid maintenance work, urging people to be cautious of possible grid instability. But with something like this happening, does the power supply company not have to bear any responsibility?

If a power operation accident is caused by one of the following reasons, the power enterprise shall not bear liability for compensation: (1) Force majeure ； (II) The user’s own fault. If damage is caused to a power enterprise or other users due to the fault of the user or a third party, such user or third party shall bear liability for compensation in accordance with the law. ”
