1. Unlicensed electricians are not allowed to install electrical equipment. 2. No one is allowed to fiddle with electrical equipment and switches. 3. Damaged electrical equipment should be replaced promptly; it is not allowed to use electrical equipment with damaged insulation. 4. Heating with electric heaters and light bulbs is prohibited. 5. When the power is cut off for equipment maintenance, no one is allowed to start electrical equipment marked with a warning sign, or to reinsert a fuse that has been removed. 6. It is prohibited to wash or wipe electrical equipment with water. 7. When a fuse blows, do not replace it with a fuse of a different capacity. 8. Without going through any formalities, pile driving and earthwork are not allowed in areas where cables are buried. 9. If someone is found to have been electrocuted, the power supply should be cut off immediately to carry out rescue efforts; it is not allowed to touch the electrocuted person directly until the power supply has been disconnected. 10. During thunderstorms, do not approach lightning arresters and lightning rods.
