Regarding various types of grounding and explosion-proof inspections

Currently, the requirements regarding grounding and explosion protection in production sites are becoming increasingly stringent. The company has to undergo various related inspections at least a dozen times a year. The expertise of the inspectors varies greatly; in fact, it can even be said that their skills are quite low. There are always issues related to improper grounding – bolts and flat bars that are rusted, bolts that are too small, or missing washers. Old storage areas and equipment were built according to old standards, and making corrections requires difficult welding work. I would like to ask how one can deal with such inspections, and how grounding is managed and corrected in your factories
It doesn’t meet the standards; go back and check the specifications again, and make corrections for each item as required
