Problems with Haochen Electric?

I used Haochen Electrical to design the cable tray, but why doesn’t it appear when opened in CAD on another computer?
I’ve never used Haocheng Electrical; I’ve only used Tianzheng. You can check the properties of the cable tray (Ctrl+1) to see whether it is a straight line, a polyline, or a block reference. If it’s a special module, it might not appear in other places; you can try destroying the bridge frame (X), save the file, and then try opening it again.
