As the title suggests, for the inspection of chemical plants’ electrical systems, an area classification diagram showing the hazard levels of various electrical equipment is required. How does one create such a diagram? Please, expert!
Take the device layout plan, divide it using thick red lines to indicate the explosion-proof areas, and then add textual annotations to specify the explosion-proof rating. In the design of general installations, between different explosion-proof zones, there are no or very few devices (excluding pipes) along an invisible line. Also, try to place ductwork, walkways, guardrails, and the like along this line.
Ask a design firm to draw it; I can’t do it myself.
