Differences in motor operating modes

Dear experts, when an inverter is used to control a motor, there are several operation modes: fan operation mode, water pump operation mode, constant frequency operation mode, and constant torque operation mode. The latter two modes are easy to understand, but I’m not sure how the first two work. What are the differences between these various operation modes? Please share your insights, experts. Thank you! !
In fact, water pumps and fans share similar operating characteristics, both falling under the square-torque regime.
