Does anyone have information on the principle of high-voltage soft starters (Reluoer)? I need it urgently; one of the soft starters in the factory has stopped working
Don’t you have any documents in your factory? The documents should be in your company’s archive. There must be handover documents, as well as usage and maintenance instructions. If that doesn’t work, ask the manufacturer to come and carry out repairs on-site (during the warranty period); if it’s outside the warranty period, then you’ll have to pay the manufacturer to do the repairs.

First, check the label on the soft start side to determine the specific parameters and model, then go to the official website to download the manual for that model. Generally, different product model categories correspond to different manuals for each brand!
