Issues with the use of high-pressure water pumps

I’m just starting to learn about plant scheduling. A certain unit uses high-pressure water pumps, and the plant’s scheduling staff need to call the power grid control center to inform them about this. I don’t quite understand why? Please share your thoughts
It’s best to first understand the technical specifications of the equipment; excessive power consumption during startup can cause the related electrical devices to trip and result in a power outage. As a scheduler, it is first necessary to be familiar with the main equipment and process parameters of the various units under one’s responsibility, in order to manage production more effectively; this is provided for reference.
