I recently visited a company where their own staff carry out preventive testing on electrical equipment. The company does not possess the necessary qualifications for this task, but in order to comply with regulations, they need to ensure that the personnel performing the testing have the appropriate qualifications. What qualifications do these people need to obtain? If an organization wants to obtain the qualification for conducting preventive tests, what certifications are required?
