The duty posts should be provided with secondary wiring diagrams of the maintenance areas, as well as electrical schematic diagrams or operation manuals for special equipment. 3.3 Every year, electrical technicians shall verify the “three diagrams” for each substation or maintenance area, and make modifications or redraw the altered parts. 4. “Three Fixed” Management: 4.1 The quarterly and annual testing and maintenance plans are formulated by the Production Technology Department of the methanol plant, based on the actual conditions of production and equipment, taking into account the cycles for testing and maintenance. The department coordinates with professional maintenance and testing personnel to carry out these tasks. 4.2 Conduct regular equipment maintenance strictly in accordance with the plan. When minor repairs are carried out on high-voltage equipment, the secondary wiring of that circuit must also be cleaned, tightened, and maintained simultaneously. When performing maintenance on high and low voltage motors, the buttons, switches, contactors, thermal relays, vacuum switches, and other components in that circuit must also be maintained and repaired simultaneously. The secondary wires of this circuit must be cleaned and tightened simultaneously; the power cables and control cables of this circuit must undergo insulation inspections at the same time. The cable lugs, cable terminations, and motor junction boxes must also be inspected together, with all these tasks to be completed in one go. 4.3 Regular cleaning and tightening of the equipment under management should be carried out, inspections must be conducted consistently, and these actions should be integrated with daily maintenance. 5. “Five Records” Management 5.1 Teams must maintain the following records: maintenance records, operation records, test records, accident records, and equipment defect records. 5.2 After the major repair, the following records must be kept: maintenance records, test records, operation records, and equipment defect records (in case there are any remaining issues). 5.3 The recorded content should be accurate, filled in promptly, written neatly, and without missing pages. 6. Management in accordance with the “Five Procedures” 6.1 The maintenance procedures are formulated with reference to the \"Procedures for the Maintenance and Repair of Petrochemical Equipment\" established by Sinopec. 6.2 The test procedures shall follow the \"Procedures for Preventive Testing of Electrical Equipment\" issued by the Ministry of Electric Power Industry. 6.3 The safety procedures shall follow the \"Safety Work Procedures for the Electric Power Industry\" issued by the Ministry of Energy. 6.4 The accident handling procedures shall follow the \"Electrical Accident Handling Procedures\". 6.5 The operating procedures shall follow the \"Electrical Operating Procedures\".
