The reaction tank is very tall, which results in a long grounding wire for the motor enclosure; this arrangement is not standard and can lead to damage. Is there any better way? I would appreciate some guidance. Thank you!

Locate a spot near the wall where flat steel can be laid; run a flat steel bar from the main grounding conductor along the wall to the nearest point to the motor, and connect it using a grounding wire. 2.
