Automatic generator start-up

:(There is an existing generator that can start automatically; it requires a 220V power supply. In automatic mode, the generator will not start if there is a 220V power supply available. However, it can start automatically when no 220V power supply is present.) There is also a dual-power switch box now; I wonder if the main power supply for this dual-power switch box is 220V?
If you use your own equipment here and ask someone else, how can that person know whether there is power? Just use a multimeter to check
It’s a dual-power transfer switch; for the main power source, use mains electricity, and for the switch, choose one that can operate in automatic transfer and self-recovery mode.
