Question: Is it permissible to install sockets inside a power distribution cabinet (heat transfer oil furnace)? Are there any requirements specified in the standards?
Are you referring to the local cabinet in the boiler room? The cabinet itself isn’t explosion-proof, so it has nothing to do with the socket either. If it’s an explosion-proof cabinet, then an explosion-proof latch will suffice.

If the location where the distribution cabinet is placed is a safe area, there’s no problem with installing a row of electrical outlets there, not to mention electrical sockets.
