Dear colleagues in the marine industry, may I ask what is the maximum power of the high-voltage variable-frequency motors currently used in your factories?
Dear sea friend, the selection of the motor power for high-voltage frequency converters is related to the size of the installation; different-sized installations as well as different devices require motors with varying power levels! The highest power of high-voltage variable-frequency motors I have used is 2500 KW!
In production, some motors with a capacity of 11,000 KW use high-voltage frequency conversion. I would like to ask whether high-voltage frequency conversion is reliable when it is applied to motors with a capacity of 16,000 KW operating at 10 KV and requiring frequent adjustments
Models with 20,000 KW are available, and 16,000 KW models are no problem either; however, one should choose imported or joint-venture brands
