Do all thick-walled hot-dip galvanized steel pipes embedded in electrical installations need to be protected with three coats of paint and two layers of fabric?

Today, a supervisor said that the hot-dip galvanized steel pipes used for electrical installations need to be treated with three coats of oil and two layers of fabric as an anti-corrosion measure. I haven’t seen any specifications stating this; I only know that for pipes buried underground, it’s sufficient to apply asphalt-based anti-corrosion paint after removing the slag from the welded areas. I would appreciate advice from colleagues in this field. Thank you!
Galvanized pipes already have an anti-corrosion layer; if there are no design requirements, they can be buried directly, and it’s sufficient to treat the welding areas properly
