There is an internal leak in your heat exchanger; what material is leaking? If the heat exchange medium is water, what the leaked material is can be discussed. A more suitable or applicable testing method might be found.
The outlet of the hydrogenation reactor is connected to the steam stripping tower, the fractionation tower, and the feed oil heat exchanger – four high-efficiency heat exchangers in total!
