How to switch a compressor with a Holberg system? Who has the operating procedures?
Machine A is Holbig, and Machine B is the backup unit. 1. Start Machine B under no-load conditions in accordance with the operating procedures. 2. The operator inside switches Machine A to manual mode, while the operator outside sets the load on Machine B to 50%. The operator inside adjusts \"two returns and one\" to maintain stable pressure in the new hydrogen tank. 3. The operator on site increases the load on Unit B to 100%; the operator inside controls the pressure using the “two-back-one” method. Once Unit B is operating properly, the operator inside gradually reduces the load on Unit A and slowly closes the “two-back-one” control valve. 4. When the load on Unit A drops to 0, the operator shuts down Unit A, while adjusting \"two returns and one\" to maintain stable pressure. 5. Once the motor is stable, stop the hydraulic oil pump.
Modern compressors generally have a user-friendly startup procedure; there is a logical sequence to follow, and no mistakes can be made. As long as one follows the steps, even laypeople can operate them. That’s also true regarding the startup process of these compressors. The operation on-site involves pressing the button on the control column; other control rooms can fully take control, for example: opening the outlet electric valve, performing pre-startup. Start the oil pump of the light oil station as well as the motor of the oil injector, and adjust the load accordingly. It is important to avoid making large adjustments during the switching process, in order to prevent shutdowns due to high pressure differences between the inlet and outlet or high outlet temperatures. One compressor should have its load increased while the corresponding compressor has its load decreased, until the switching is complete
During the shutdown of the Herbig compressor, the load is reduced using a manual controller – I understand that. When the load is reduced to 20%, can the compressor be shut down at that point? Do I not need to worry about the pressure control valves for circuit 1 and circuit 2?
