Urgent request for assistance: The temperature inside the hydrogen production converter is high; now flame monitors need to be installed. Information on the use of similar devices in China is required. Could someone provide relevant details, including when they were first used, what the performance was like, and approximately how much investment was involved? Thank you
I have used this kind of instrument; I recommend turning to larger manufacturers. The set that came with our furnace, according to the manufacturers, will stop working after at most three months, as the temperature in the furnace is too high. Yet even so, its price is over 6,000 per unit. They suggested that we replace it with ones costing over 20,000 each. There are 32 nozzles in total, so at 20,000 per nozzle, the cost would be over 600,000. That’s why we didn’t make the replacement. It’s very convenient and simple to use – after setting it up, just turn on the switch; the light will turn on when ignition is activated and off when it is turned off
Does this need to be installed on every burner? Fire detection is a safety facility; it’s sufficient to install it at a few locations
Go straight to endoscopic flame monitoring – image processing technology is highly advanced these days, and machine vision can be used to detect when a flame goes out. It’s an intuitive solution that’s also inexpensive; worth giving it a look
