All operating parameters are strictly controlled within the process specifications ; Control the pressure and temperature of medium-pressure steam to ensure a proper supply of steam ; Prevent liquid from being carried in the recycled hydrogen. Strictly monitor and control the liquid level in the high-pressure separator. 4. The hydrogenation reaction catalyst is in an oxidized state before operation; an oxidized catalyst does not possess hydrogenation activity, therefore the catalyst needs to be sulfided.
