The temperature rise in the second bed of the medium aromatic hydrocarbon hydrogenation reforming reactor is high; could someone expert please advise on how to adjust it?
Depending on the circumstances, the hydrogen-to-oil ratio can be increased to lower the feed temperature.
It’s possible that less catalyst was loaded in the first bed, or too much catalyst was loaded in the second bed; in this case, no reaction occurs in the first bed, and all the catalyst ends up reacting in the second bed
The inlet temperature of the second bed layer is controlled using cold hydrogen; the facility for injecting cold hydrogen serves to control the temperature rise in the lower bed layer.
