Is there anyone familiar with 3C systems? I’d like to ask: our recycle hydrogen compressor is currently operating at the minimum allowable level; it’s no longer possible to reduce its frequency. Under these conditions, the opening degree of the anti-surge valve is around 30%. Is it still possible to use a 3C system in this situation?
