If the temperature in the convection section of the hydrogen production converter is too high, what other adjustments should be made in addition to opening the temperature control valve for the deoxygenation water?
Is the temperature extremely high in that part of the convection section? At the inlet of the convection section?
Adjusting the fuel gas doesn’t work; it’s only possible to adjust the temperature of the furnace. The temperature in the convection section cannot be reduced
Reduce airflow to minimize heat input into the convection section
1. Adjust flame length； 2. Is the conversion rate normal, with low heat absorption by the catalyst? 3. Scaling on the steam heat exchange tubes in the convection section results in reduced heat absorption and higher temperatures after heating. 4 Is the temperature of the desulfurized gas high?
