Dear forum members: Which pipelines in your hydrocracking units were not designed by the design institute, but for which you added heat tracing and insulation on your own? Thank you
The pipeline for injecting corrosion inhibitors at the top of the stabilizer tower, with a diameter of DN25, froze completely in winter, resulting in no corrosion inhibitors being injected throughout that winter.
Many of the insulation specifications provided by design firms may not be very practical; it is recommended that the owner re-evaluate the insulation of the pipelines according to their own needs
