For internal operation, first disconnect the minimum flow protection button of the hydraulic turbine pump, set the pump’s minimum flow control to 50% opening, and close the outlet control valve. After starting the pump, monitor the outlet flow and adjust it to a value slightly above the low alarm flow. Once the pump is operating properly, gradually open the outlet control valve; at the same time, adjust the minimum flow control based on changes in the total outlet flow. Once everything is normal, reset the minimum flow protection button.
