After the PSA is shut down, purging and replacement are carried out; in some cases the entire system is replaced at once, while in other cases each tower is replaced individually. How is the replacement done? Are there any better methods for replacement?
All towers are taken together for displacement; nitrogen is supplied through the inlet nitrogen line, and it is drained via the bottom drain valve
Initially, suppression and replacement can be carried out; later on, a programmable control system can be used for replacement (with a shorter time setting to allow for faster gas flow)
Set the programmable valve to manual mode, replace each adsorption tower one by one first, and then connect all the pipelines together for replacement.
