I summarize the handling of slurry bed residue hydroprocessing accidents as a model of \"hot standby with hydrogen, one-pass operation without hydrogen\"
There are exceptions; everything follows the standard procedures
My summary: fixed fuel cut-off, hydrogen cut-off at boiling point, catalyst cut-off due to excessive slurry
The slurry bed had to be reduced to 370°C before the freshing agent was stopped, and during thermal standby, the bed still maintained a stable slurry structure with around 700 ppm of catalyst present.
There will be deposition, and the hot standby time is limited
ENI recommends no more than one week, with the temperature kept below 370°C, and the furan-insoluble solids level to be <6% W
