Diesel hydrotreatment is used to reduce sulfur content to 50 ppm or 10 ppm; what is the approximate investment cost for such a hydrotreatment setup (including sulfur recovery facilities)? What is the total investment for complete sets of equipment such as electrical and instrumentation systems? If it is a new factory building along with the necessary utility facilities, what would be the total investment then? 2.
