Material at around 210°C is drawn out from the middle section of the distillation tower, and it enters the secondary boiler where it undergoes heat exchange to produce saturated steam at 1.80°C and 1.0 MPa. If water supply to this secondary boiler is interrupted and it becomes dry, can water be added to it directly? Principles definitely won’t work; won’t there be pipe bursts if water is supplied?

With such high temperatures in the dry pot, adding water right away – was it because the emergency response plan wasn’t detailed enough, or was it due to improper instructions from the management? There are usually plans in place, and regular drills are conducted to prevent emergencies~~~
If the wok gets too hot, lower the temperature before adding water again. If one acts recklessly and adds water anyway, it’s fortunate if nothing happens; but if an accident occurs and an explosion takes place, resulting in injuries or deaths, that would be extremely unfortunate – it could lead to broken families and people losing their jobs. It is advised not to have such intentions; follow the operating procedures – it’s better to pay a fine than to have an accident.
