In 2017, amid a challenging environmental situation, we adhered closely to the company’s overall strategic plan. With the correct guidance and strong support of the company’s leadership, we focused on improving product quality, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, as well as enhancing equipment utilization. We also paid close attention to safety measures, energy conservation, and employee training, striving to raise the level of meticulous management among personnel at all levels. As a result, we were able to complete all the tasks set for 2017 successfully. However, there are still many shortcomings at the individual level. The existing issues are summarized as follows: 1. There are numerous problems related to safety; several unsafe incidents have occurred. The ability to manage personal safety is weak, and further improvement is needed ； 2. Production has become unstable, with inconsistent product quality. The pass rate for the relevant processing steps has improved compared to last year, but it still falls short of the target requirements; overall production costs remain high ； 3. Inadequate equipment maintenance has led to certain faults in some devices; these issues were not addressed in a timely manner, resulting in the devices operating under faulty conditions and suffering damage as a consequence ； 4. On-site management was inconsistent, with neither strictness nor consistency maintained; although responsibilities were defined, they were not implemented, resulting in many neglected areas at the site ； 5. The technical skills of the staff have not kept up, the effectiveness of technical training is relatively poor, technological innovation efforts have not been put into practice, and no significant results have been achieved ； 6. The awareness of cost reduction and efficiency improvement is still insufficient; there is great potential for improvement, with significant waste occurring, and no effective measures have been taken to address this issue ； 7. Communication work is sometimes not done well enough. Lack of effectiveness in carrying out tasks; failure to maintain consistency in fulfilling responsibilities; insufficient effort in addressing tasks; inadequate analysis of problems, preventing quick and effective resolution of issues ； 8. There is a poor ability to anticipate tasks; many situations cannot be controlled or prevented in advance, and efforts are merely focused on making up for things after they have occurred ； There are many various types of problems, and the ability to prevent them in advance is poor ； 9. The basic management work is relatively weak; it is necessary to reflect carefully, start from the fundamentals, and carry out all tasks properly ； 10. There has been no significant improvement in personal learning, and the established learning plan has not been completed. 2017 is coming to an end. Looking back on the work done over the past year, I will learn from my experiences and identify my shortcomings. In the new year, I will study hard, work diligently, be brave in overcoming difficulties, put pressure on myself at work, and strive to do a good job in all tasks for 2018.
