Question regarding seamless steel pipe standards

During the project, we encountered this issue: some 9948 pipes need to be used on site, while there are also some unused 3087 and 5310 pipes available. All of these are made of 20# steel. Would it be a problem to use 3087 or 5310 in place of 9948? In my opinion, the 3087 pipeline has better heat and pressure resistance properties compared to the 9948 boiler steel pipe; can it be considered that the former replaces the latter with a superior alternative? Are there any other differences between 9948 and 3087 besides the differences in detection methods? Please, experts, give me an answer quickly! If there’s no answer, I’ll just do it this way!
It is mainly based on the pipeline category; if it is a GC1 pipeline, according to Clause 6.3.1 of the Pipeline Regulations, 3087 cannot be used for GC1 pipelines
