The hydrogenation unit has a high-pressure rating of 70 kilograms, while the pressure in the high-pressure gas relief tank connected to the emergency pressure relief valve is less than 5 kilograms. How can this be explained? After the periodic maintenance and once airtightness is ensured, what should be the pressure in this high-pressure gas vent tank?
Purge until the tank reaches operating pressure; emergency pressure relief is only temporary!
The high-pressure vent tank with an emergency pressure release rate of 0.7 MPa/min is used to buffer this emergency release gas; it only needs to be airtight according to the design pressure； 0.5 MPa is enough!
When releasing pressure at high levels, won’t this pressure relief tank exceed five kilograms? The pressure to achieve high scores is almost 70 kilograms!
No matter how high the pressure, the speed of emergency pressure release remains constant, as it has been calculated by the design institute. There are flow control orifice plates at all pressure relief points~~~~ How is it possible for 70 kilograms to be released in an instant?
It’s definitely not possible to get 70 kilograms out, but it seems that the pressure in the tank is a bit low
