[Q&A Question No. 061] 2018.03.02: What aspects should be checked during the operation of a liquid pump? ⑴Pump inlet and outlet pressure gauge readings ; ⑵Heating condition of pump motors (including oil pump motors) ; ⑶Pump bearing temperature ; ⑷Pressure of pump purging gas and isolation gas ; ⑸Oil pump pressure, oil temperature ; ⑹The fuel level in the tank. (Unless otherwise specified, all questions and answers are based on hydrogenation units.) ) Due to the limits on the number of posts in the “One Question per Day” section, “One Image per Day” has been moved to the registered devices section; you can access it through the directory I posted. Whether there is leakage, oil level, outlet pressure, etc
1. Is the bearing functioning properly? 2. Are the readings on the vacuum gauge, pressure gauge, and ammeter normal? 3. Is there any vibration in the pump body? 4. Is the sealing system working properly?
Lubricating oil, coolant, leaks, abnormal noises
Answer: (1) Pump inlet and outlet pressure gauge readings; ⑵Heating condition of pump motors (including oil pump motors) ; ⑶Pump bearing temperature ; ⑷Pressure of pump purging gas and isolation gas ; ⑸Oil pump pressure, oil temperature ; ⑹The fuel level in the tank.
All connector fittings are within the scope of inspection; special attention is paid to the filling hose, filling valve, and pressure gauge connectors
⑴Pump inlet and outlet pressure gauge readings; ⑵Heating condition of pump motors (including oil pump motors) ; ⑶Pump bearing temperature ; ⑷Pressure of pump purging gas and isolation gas ; ⑸Oil pump pressure, oil temperature ; ⑹The fuel level in the tank.
⑴Pump inlet and outlet pressure gauge readings; ⑵Heating condition of pump motors (including oil pump motors) ; ⑶Pump bearing temperature ; ⑷Pressure of pump purging gas and isolation gas ; ⑸Oil pump pressure, oil temperature ; ⑹The fuel level in the tank.
(1) The inlet and outlet pressures of the pump should be within the specified range, with stable pressure; (2) Check whether there is any leakage in the seals at the front and back; (3) The actual operating current of the motor must not exceed its rated value
⑴Pump inlet and outlet pressure gauge readings; ⑵Heating condition of pump motors (including oil pump motors) ; ⑶Pump bearing temperature ; ⑷Pressure of pump purging gas and isolation gas ; ⑸Oil pump pressure, oil temperature ; ⑹The fuel level in the tank.
Whether the pump operates at a stable pressure, whether the lubricating oil and cooling water are functioning properly, whether the bearing temperatures are normal, whether the sound of the pump is normal, and whether the anchor bolts are loose, etc.
