Check your cooler drawings to see if there are anti-corrosion coatings on the inner and outer walls of the tube bundle
The fact that a leak occurred after three months indicates that the thickness was gradually decreasing; corrosion was the main cause. Excessive temperature differences can be ruled out. If it were due to circulating water, other similar water coolers would also start leaking; If it is due to issues on the medium side, check whether the composition of the medium deviates from the design specifications, as well as whether the material chosen for the heat exchanger and its structure meet the required standards
Check the records to see if there were any temperature fluctuations in the days prior to the leak, which could have caused uneven heating and led to the leak
The equipment is substandard; the product has a high sulfur content, which causes corrosion
