Are your corrosion inhibitors water-soluble? The only way to maintain the level and continuously supply acidic water is through steam injection at the bottom of the tower.
Generally, hot low-grade materials do not contain water, while cold low-grade materials may contain it. If the amount of water in cold low-grade materials is high, it can be detected when taking a sample, or you can have it analyzed to determine exactly how much water is present
