In some companies, there is a lack of corporate culture, and the professional standards of frontline employees are often at the lowest moral levels. It’s very difficult to do things in a proper manner, to behave ethically, and to carry out tasks with seriousness when such conditions prevail There’s too much group mentality in society; people form cliques to squeeze out honest people. They’re slick in front of leaders, but act like troublemakers among their colleagues. Such a work environment is a disaster for the safety situation and the highly demanding production environment!
This situation is more common in older companies, but it’s probably better in new companies
Honest people also need to learn to protect themselves.

It’s easy to say, but difficult to do; you understand the principles, but when it actually happens, it’s not that simple!
Recalling those days when I was still a newcomer, hardworking and diligent, willing to endure hardships without complaint; yet at the end of the year, there was no recognition for my efforts, nor any encouragement given to those who came after me. Frustrated, I decided to leave； Also, due to urgency and the lack of any other place to go, coupled with limited funds, I had no choice but to keep putting off things in the hope of better prospects in the future. At that time, several fellow villagers worked with me; judging from their words and actions, they were not as willing to take on responsibilities as I was, nor were they as diligent in their studies. They spent their days indulging in fun and leisure, yet still received a great deal of care and favor from their superiors. Filled with resentment, I reflected on my usual behavior: I am not originally a person who is solemn and serious. Yet I have no intention of being insincere in my actions, and I do not act in a way that shows arrogance or flattery toward those in authority. I fail to exercise power or influence over my colleagues and juniors, nor am I strict enough with them, which is why I often suffer from contempt and harsh criticism. To this day, that person is no longer here; my actions and thoughts are free from malice. I now approach things with a detached attitude, watching as flowers bloom and wither, clouds gather and disperse. Yet in secret, I remain determined to strive hard, ensuring that incompetent and worthless people do not stand above me.
