Regarding the issue of total pollutants in diesel

Recently, the total pollutant content in diesel within the large product tanks has been quite high. I checked the distillation outlet and found no issues there. I would like to ask what other possibilities could exist?
There’s no problem with the distillation outlet; it must be a problem with the large tank. Either the tank doesn’t isolate air properly, which leads to the diesel oxidizing, or the tank wasn’t cleaned thoroughly during maintenance.
