Can passivation and low-nitrogen oil be combined at the start of catalytic cracking operations?

Is the use of light oil as a carrier during passivation intended to prevent coking caused by reactions that occur during this process? After passivation, low-nitrogen oil is used to start up the process; then can oil with a moderate nitrogen content be used directly for starting up? That is, to ensure sufficient nitrogen to prevent overheating, while also preventing poisoning from excessive nitrogen.
