The medium-pressure gas system has seen an increase in the frequency of water drainage recently; the reverse air discharge tank can also release water, and there is a small amount of water in the bottoms of all ten PSA towers. Could it be that the water-to-carbon ratio is too high and thus the amount of steam supplied is excessive? The apparent water-to-carbon ratio ranges from 3.2 to 3.3.
This is likely related to the geographical location of your factory; as the ambient temperature drops, the intermediate pressure and reverse pressure temperatures in PSA decrease, and saturated water precipitates to form liquid water. It is a normal phenomenon.
